Price: Each product sheet contains the price of the products including taxes (TTC) and the quantities for which this price is applicable.
Additional Costs: Shipping costs are clearly indicated on the website and at the checkout, which can only be completed after selecting a delivery method and accepting the cost. It is a flat rate regardless of the destination and weight of the products. This flat rate is offered under certain conditions visible on the website.
Delivery Date: The company undertakes to deliver the customer within a maximum of 30 days. Beyond this deadline, the customer has the right to terminate the sales contract and will be refunded the amount.
Payment and Delivery Terms: Payments can be made by credit cards only via the Stripe payment system. The customer undertakes to pay for all orders placed, and this payment is made before any product delivery. The customer may choose between home delivery and a relay point depending on the destinations. Sometimes only one of the two methods is available. The customer is informed by email of the processing of their order and receives a number for tracking their package.

Legal Warranty: rod oliver guarantees the conformity of its products until the recommended use-by date indicated on the packaging.
DISPUTES: In case of a dispute, only the Luxembourg courts are competent. The consumer can obtain information and assistance from:
- The Luxembourg Consumer Union (ULC) in the event of a dispute between a private final consumer and a professional supplier of goods and/or services in Luxembourg.
- The European Consumer Center (ECC Luxembourg) in the case of a cross-border consumer dispute, i.e., a dispute between a private final consumer and a company located in another country of the European Union.
